We search, verify, and recommend the Best of the Best. We cooperate with e-commerce, automotive, med-tech industry, blockchain, as well as versatile software houses in Poland and beyond its borders.
Currently, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team working 100% remotely, who will take care of our current and future clients in a perfect quality manner.

What will be your tasks?
- Actively acquiring new clients, generating leads based on recruitment needs analysis,
- Building long-lasting relationships with the current client base,
- Regular contact with the internal HR department to improve the offer and enhance satisfaction of clients and candidates,
- Preparing offers and presentations for Polish and English-speaking clients (additional knowledge of another foreign language is a plus),
- Customer care end to end (from offer, through the entire recruitment process, to final feedback),
- Creating a vision of development in relation to the potential of the company's products and responsibility for building a portfolio of clients and achieving sales goals,
- Regular care for sales posts on the agency's social media.
What do we expect?
- Minimum of about 2 years of experience in active B2B sales and customer service,
- Experience at a sales / service / HR level in the IT industry, knowledge of its characteristics, the Polish market, and general knowledge of the global market,
- Impeccable communication skills and ability to write industry texts,
- Knowledge of Polish and English at a minimum B2+ level,
- Strong focus on goals and willingness for self-development.
