What will you be doing?

✓ Weekly: planning and visiting Bingo halls throughout the country.

✓ Building strong relationships with Bingo hall staff and customers.

✓ Attracting new customers through promotions.

✓ Knowing customers, the market, and products.

✓ Providing feedback to other departments to improve results.

✓ Supporting Bingo staff on product-related issues, such as problem-solving and doubts.

✓ Conducting short training sessions for staff on our system and players when necessary.

✓ Building relationships with customers and Bingo hall staff and managers.

✓ Promoting products in Bingo halls.

✓ When promotions are run by Bingo hall staff, you will monitor if campaigns are being carried out as per company plan.

✓ You will attend marketing meetings.

✓ Communicating technical and operational incidents.

✓ Supporting sales and marketing department activities when necessary.

Who are we looking for?

✓ Driving license required.

✓ Fluent in English / native speaker of Swedish.

✓ The ideal candidate will be open, friendly, responsible, and proactive.

✓ Well-presented and always maintaining a professional image through appearance.

✓ Polite and focused on consistently providing high standards of customer service.

✓ Team player.

✓ Experience in customer service and marketing is a plus.
